And the name is stupid.


Its litteraly just a really big iphone. Looks almost comical.

No word on price yet.

Whether or not I pick one of these up depends entirely on the price. I love the fact that I could watch movies and tv shows on my iPhone and PSP when I travel so this large screen will definitely be better for me in that department. I have a Kindle app on my iPhone so if the large screen iPad uses the same apps then this could replace my regular Kindle.

Like I said, if the price is reasonable then I cannot see a reason not to get one.

Just from first glance, it doesn't look like a lot of thought went into it. It gives me the impression that they were in a meeting and someone opened paint, sketch/skewed a picture of an ipod touch and VIOLA! new product.

I'm not sure if your complaint is justified. It's design is consistent with their other products: iMac, iTouch, iPhone. Why would they deviate from their business plan? Dontknow

10 hours battery life.

Only thing in it that interests me, and if I wanted something underpowered with that, I'd just buy an Eee PC.
