Does anyone know the shelf life? These are handy for travel. I usually do dollar store for a few OTC things like this

Personally, I've used ibuprofen and acetaminophen that's 5 years past its best buy date and it's still worked fine. Some meds lose effectiveness when they're old, but I haven't run into that with OTC painkillers.
