I won't be falling for this "credit" again. I used this identical offer many months ago, and yes, after 30 days I received the $30 credit. It was not possible to use the credit on a single purchase, and instead it was metered out (by Amazon) in bits and pieces for several purchases. All purchases were sold by/shipped by Amazon. I never did receive the full $30 in credits.
Thinking the first time 'round was a quirk, in that I've never been shorted by Amazon, last month I fell for the same $30 credit offer. To date (30 days later today) I have not yet received the credit. I'll keep checking.
Should the credit applied to future purchases not be gleaned, I will never fall for this trick again.

Just got off the chat with amazon and this is the biggest scam I've ever seen from a huge company. DONT DO IT. Basically said "sorry your stuff must have been eligible, nothing i can do".
Has it been 30 days? If yes, then this is a massive glitch. You need to, along with anyone else who did the deal, email jeff@ amazon.com and andy@amazon. com and some other executives (easily found online) and report the issue. They had a similar glitch with Buy $50 household products, Get $15 Credit about a month ago. I did the deal, received an email claiming credit was added to my acct, but it didnt work! I emailed abt the glitch from multiple emails, encouraged several others here to do the same. In about a week, I received am email that there was a glitch and here is a $15 gift card as compensation. Email was generic, not specifically for me. So, everyone who did the deal got it. So, dont beg for credit with useless chat reps, they are clueless. Email the executive. It is a glitch, they'll fix it

That's strange, I have used this promotion multiple times and have always received a bulk $30 credit available for Amazon sold items. I did have to call one time because my credit didn't reflect after the 30 days and they placed it on my account within a day.
Do you mean they added courtesy credit? Did you do this deal this time around, 20s of May?

You should email. Even if you got a courtesy credit, they will reimburse everyone impacted with $30 gift card like the last there was a glitch. But it wont happen unless this is mass reported to get their attention.
