In for one, price is good enough for a one piece table top from this company. 24" works ok, I have one already that is 32x24 and this would be bigger.

I'd look at the husky butcher block top work benches as an option. Although more expensive they come in different sizes, black or white base, and with and without the drawers. I'm sure they would also have better resale value if you decide to sell it off in the future.
