Adorama can be difficult with returns. I've dealt with this personally when I bought a new MacBook Pro that arrived damaged (it was bent) and they refused the return without a 20% restocking fee. After weeks of escalation they relented but it was not fun.

Adorama can be difficult with returns. I've dealt with this personally when I bought a new MacBook Pro that arrived damaged (it was bent) and they refused the return without a 20% restocking fee. After weeks of escalation they relented but it was not fun.
Edit: just brought this to the park to do some pitching practice with my daughter. This thing rocks! So much better than the other Bluetooth speakers I have (although more pricey of course). Love the 24 hour battery life on this thing.
