Anyone know if the lid is threaded? Appears to be based on some pictures I see online.

Sometimes my current one gets knocked over and the lid pops off, dumping everything out.

Maybe, but I still drink a lot of water, so find my 40oz cup very useful during the day. I actually purchased the 64oz version off of a slick deal here a while back, and it's awesome. Would never have paid full price or near it though.
