FYI - These are trim to length. You can buy larger than you need and cut it down to the exact size you want.
Genuine leather is not what you want to see in belts. You want to see the words: full grain leather.
Just need sharp knife or scissors. The trimmed end is hidden in the buckle. Super easy.

And every time I cut it to size then 5 years later realize I need a longer belt 🤦

Will this be the time I don't over trim and control my future self?

Genuine leather, FYI, so not going to be durable. Also, reviews indicate problems with the buckle/clasp.

I've never trimmed a belt.

Have worn this type of belt for several years. Main issue I have had is the finish wearing off of the buckle after a couple of years. Overall, the most durable belt I have had in the price range.

I used to buy these $8-$14 ratchet belts. The leather would crack and wear pretty poorly. Then I was gifted an Anson belt. FAAAAAR better quality than any of the Amazon belts I had been buying. I sucked it up and bought two more Anson belts. All three are still going strong at least 3 years later.

Got one of these last time they came up for sale, and I love it so far. I'm sure it's not going to last forever, but for $8 it's worth getting one imo.

"I beat my kids and it's funny" vibes. Followed by "it was just a joke bro".

Full grain leather is genuine leather. But genuine leather is not necessarily full grain leather. Top grain leather and split grain leather are both genuine leather but not vice versa. Faux leather is usually a polyurethane with the look and feel of leather. There is also a "real" leather that is made of tiny fragments of leather compressed and glued together, sort of like how particle board is the wood.

I bought a black one and wore it twice playing golf. It bled & stained both shirts. Three cycles of intense stain remover & laundering & the stains are still there.
I do not recommend unless you only wear very dark clothes.

Indeed.

Look for "Full Grain Leather" for durability. I have a 15 year old full grain leather belt still going strong.

Genuine leather= genuine 💩
