So you are knocking on Samsung tablets because you prefer iOS? Then why bother commenting here if you have no experience or inclination towards actually using it? I personally have the S9 Ultra that I use every day because it is great for media consumption. I understand a big tablet is not for everyone, but there are enough of us out here that appreciate the additional real estate.

I have a $125 samsung.com promo code bringing total down to $238 ish. Is it worth trading my S9 ultra in ? I find reading and using the s9 ultra outside very difficult

I 100% agree. The laptop has literally no drawback other than battery life and a bit heavy. It's a productivity machine!

However be sure to try one at BestBuy before buying one. It's definitely not for everybody

i second this. bought it for my kid hoing to college on a data science degree and it's perfect for productivity. he mostly set it up on desktop mode and i'm so jealous with my regular work laptop (surface pro).

Owned the S9 plus (12 incher) and loved it. Then sold it and bought a 16" asus gaming laptop.

Then found out netflix/HBO/amazon all killed the PC "download" capability on a last min 11 hr flight. I had always used the Samsung for all offline movie watching.

Now thinking of buying the FE version (cheaper). Note Samsung gives healthcare discount as well which is stackable. They are giving ridiculous trade in discounts though ..I have a old note 20 ultra which is like $80 on Swappa and they are giving $150 for trade in!
