For what it's worth, I have the older, larger 65W 24K mAh version of this, and it charges my Surface Pro 9 well at 45W. We have three of them in the family. They all work well. In my testing, and in tests of YouTube, INIU power banks have one of the highest actual Wh / nominal Wh ratios, on par with Anker c. 80% out of memory). I'm considering this now because 37 Wh nominal (likely c. 30Wh actual) capacity is enough for me, and this thing is a lot lighter than the larger version.

Is this suitable for charging a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 x86, which can charge at 45W = 15V, 3A. Can this output 15V, 3A? I wish they listed the real specs as opposed to giving us a list of every iPhone model that exists under the sun...
