Worst customer support. My hub broke well within the warranty period. When I contacted them they told me we don't sell that model anymore, we can give you a coupon for a few dollars off a different one. Great warranty program, they just try to get you to buy a replacement 👍

Good deal if you need 2 external displays - got one for work. Note, max charging 85w when using 100w adapter. This will be fine for most laptops, but not workstation or gaming laptops

That's horrible, I remember buying a generic Chinese one off Amazon that advertised 3 display output and it only worked on 2. one email to their customer service and they sent me a new device plus a standalone hdmi-to-usb c adapter and let me keep the old unit.

These random hubs work for a few months than die. I stopped buying generic usb hubs because they always fail.

Getting support is the rare thing. This mass produced rebranded Chinese junk has zero customer support.

Just a buy a used Lenovo or other name brand off eBay for cheap. Worksites/schools dono all their equipment when upgrading and can find semi modern docks for $20-$30 shipped
