According to the Phillips website, the W2 toothbrush head has a medium stiffness. It's also discontinued. While a great price, I ended up cancelling my order. I need soft bristles. Thanks phoinix for the great deal! I'll keep my eyes open for a soft bristled brush head!

Germany? Are we going to get hit with customs, duties, taxes, fees, etc? Amazon says the customer is listed as the importer of record

Atleast I will get to use a German made toothbrush head. Oh wait, it's still probably made in China.

It's fine since it's below the de minims threshold.

My C2 plaque control from Costco say made in Austria so it's very likely these are genuine.

The web site says:

When purchasing International Products, you acknowledge that the sale occurs outside of the U.S. and that you are importing the products for your personal use, which will be reflected on customs documentation. You will be listed as the importer of record for customs purposes. You are also responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by customs and tax authorities ("Import Tax and Fees") which are triggered when a shipment is imported into your shipping address.

I did some research on Phillips brush heads on their website. It seems that only the G3 toothbrush heads are rated as soft.

According to the website, the only other adult toothbrush head that is soft is the Philips Sonicare S Sensitive, but that's rated as ultra soft.

The C2 is rated as medium soft on the website. Idk which to believe, the packaging or the website. 🤷🏻
