Agreed. Stick to soft. Great price for genuine sonicare brush heads though

I did some research on Phillips brush heads on their website. It seems that only the G3 toothbrush heads are rated as soft.
C2 plaque control says soft on the packaging that I got from Costco

The C2 is rated as medium soft on the website. Idk which to believe, the packaging or the website. 🤷🏻
