Denier 600D and 1000D. Which is most likely tenacity nylon yarn coated in polyurethane.Something like this: 1000 Denier Coated CORDURA® Nylon Fabric (Sold per Yard) – Rockywoods Fabrics [rockywoods.com]
Bag seems well reviewed, though many of those are from the vine review program so I'm not sure how many actually use a tool bag. But consensus is that the build quality is good but pockets are shallow.
I'm concerned about the pocket depth myself, but I need a secondary bag because my main bag is just too cumbersome to carry all the time.
I'm only a moderately handy homeowner, and I finally had to upgrade to a DeWalt 20" bag (DWST560104 [dewalt.com]) for $63 last year. The extra room, organization, and waterproof base has been so nice compared to the utility bag that came with my drill/impact driver combo. Of course, that bag is $50 more than this deal today, so no reason to spend more if you don't need to.
