Exactly my situation.

Quote from AssassinDroid :
What did you say while cancelling? Did you do it over chat? Under Att buyer's remorse you can return device/cancel service within 14 days. I got my activation fee waived by clicking "Dont recognize this" and then later while cancelling I mentioned that I would like to cancel my line under buyers remorse policy. As per the CS rep, credits will reflect in the next bill. Fingers crossed.

DId you update the software of your phone? My phone was not able to find a mobile network after unlocking, but after updating the phone software it works flawlessly.

Hi , everyone, I just unlocked my s24 ultra by Att, does everyone know the 5g band of att S24U, because I insert my T-Mobile SIM card, I fond it wouldn't work on Band 71, but the band 71 is necessary in my area. Thank you everyone.

Are you trying to order ultra, it's out of stock now. For the plus I am not sure why the plan is greyed out.. is your line upgrade eligible? What happens if instead of upgrade you add a new line?
I ended up ordering the ultra by adding a line. That worked. I'll see if I can talk the rep into upgrading the current line once I get the phone.

I definitely said buyer remorse. The chat history is still there, and the agent that handled my case said there would be no charge as it was canceled within 3 days. The new agent claims that the buyer remorse is only for the phone. And I'm still responsible for the 3 days of phone service, I said that's fine but how can you chage $79 and call it prorated.

You can unlock (if you prefer and want to use somewhere other than ATT) and cancel the line. You should only be charged for couple of days.

That's a lot of BS. The service should also be prorated and charged for 3 days. Maybe chat with another agent to get it credited.

It's not listed on the specs but US models such as this should support it https://xdaforums.com/t/galaxy-s2...t.4662379/

It might take a bit but even after a month there is no bill you should be good.

After you call and cancel a line with Verizon chat rep, should you be able to access your Verizon account online? Seems I can not connect. Also, if I figure out how to log on, are old chat logs available for us to view? if so. how do you navigate to them?

The account goes away if you had it set it up with the info you got after ordering. I advise people to create an online profile with order email first and then link the phone number in it when you receive the phone. That way the account stays a bit longer even after the final bill comes. It eventually goes away too but at least you have access to it for dispute etc. I don't think you can get access to that account now but you should be able to chat without the account I believe, or you can call.

I checked this morning again, and it was back in stock, and it allowed me to upgrade my line. So I ordered a second one. Once it's all said and done I'm gonna be transferring out of Verizon to visible. I have a super low rate locked in with them.

My estimated delivery date is Jun 23. I have my ATT passcode and phone number. Should I create my ATT login and password now or wait until I get email from ATT which I have not gotten yet? Just wanted to get a idea of when my line would be activated with ATT. TIA.
