Anyone having trouble with Walmart cancelling the order shortly after purchase confirmation? I'm on Verizon, using an upgrade to buy outright to use on one of my Verizon lines. Tried it 4x.
Happened to me, tried multiple credit cards, but it was Walmart's own fraud prevention system. I chatted with support, and after proving my identity they did something on their end and then told me to wait at least 30 minutes, but no more than 24 hours, to place the order again. I waited 1 hour and then it went through fine.

Interesting. Is your chat button active on your Verizon account? Mine is disabled after I ported out. Also when I contact by phone the reps don't seem to have my account. One of the reps said my account is now transferred to a collections agency. Not sure why even though due date for the final bill is still few days away. I'll try chatting on Twitter.
Chat does not work from my account. I messaged them in Twitter and they replied with a link to a chat. Had to login to my disconnect account before i could access the chat. They will call you to get PIN to access your account but you can continue in chat after that. They dont see your account till you give the PIN.

I walked into a Verizon store, they said they could not let me pay at the store if it is purchased from a third party. They said I need to link my verizon account and pay online. I am unable to link the new number to the verizon account. Can anyone please suggest what should I do?
You do have to link the phone in your account first. What problems do you have linking it? Chat should be able to help.

Thanks for that suggestion. Twitter chat indeed worked! Rep did not agree first but persistence paid off. Bill reduced to 21.xx

That's exactly what I was told by the store manager when I went to 1st verizon store. I had activated phone before I went there. Just power it on and follow the onscreen instruction. You should be able to activate your phone. Make sure that you can see it under your account.

The most important thing is to find another store to go. I went to another store and store agent just asked my phone number and other info, used his pad to send an link to me to allow them to proceed. Get cash ready of course. Good luck.

Argh... Thanks. This is exactly what happened to me. They told me to wait 45 min...I waited an hour. Still cancelled. Called back and they had me try it again. Same thing. Gonna try once more today before giving up.

Great! It may reduce even further when tax is adjusted.

The cheapest s25 you can get is roughly $500 so this is still a very good deal given the lack of meaningful upgrade between s24 and s25. The ultra is a super deal but it's out of stock now.

Does the Verizon S24u unlock before 60 days? Today I checked the network operators settings under mobile networks and I can see other operators besides Verizon. Does this mean the phone is already unlocked?

it does not. could be a bug or it is still locked. you can insert any other sim and see if it works.

I'm having a bit of trouble unlocking the phone. Does anyone have any solutions? I received the phone last night, was able to activate it, and see the phone on my account. I was able to pay it off. I swapped the sim out with one from an unlocked phone, rebooted, and made a few calls yet the second phone did not show up in my account. I read that others didn't show up and decided to try to unlock it which is where I ended up getting the error the phone is associated with another account. I only tried twice and don't want to try again until I figure out what's going on .

I think the problem is the email I used was from an old AT&T internet account and it tied everything together. They had already associated the new line to that email so when I tried to create a new account for the line the email was already tied there. The only way I could originally see the phone was because I linked it to the current account otherwise they would not allow me to create my own account for the line due to me using that email.

You have to make sure the other phone shows up in one of the places. Try incognito mode in the browser, reboot again etc. Also the paid off status needs a day to reflect in the unlock portal so you have to wait until midnight/24 hours. Lastly try with the other IMEI.
