Att in-store staff said it's only possible to pay off device after 1 billing cycle and that they don't take multiple credit cards for that. The whole thing seems super sus did they just straight up lie to me..? Thanks for any tip
If you are not doing multi card (for chase offers etc) then you can pay it off online/chat also

You have to make sure the other phone shows up in one of the places. Try incognito mode in the browser, reboot again etc. Also the paid off status needs a day to reflect in the unlock portal so you have to wait until midnight/24 hours. Lastly try with the other IMEI.
Now on the web I see the unlocked phone with the new line number solely by itself. I can only see the S24+ in the ATT app. with the same number. I don't see both at the same time on either the att app or the web. I tried one more time to unlock and got the same message.

Question: I have AT&T prepaid for another year anyways. Do you think I should cancel the line without unlocking and then try to unlock it later? I probably will not change ATT prepaid even after the year is up.

I'd try to chat with customer support to see if they give you the unlock code. You can use the phone as it is on prepaid and ATT policy does say only 60 days wait not active service so you should be able to get the unlock code even if you cancel but you might have to talk to CS reps or file FCC complaint.

Can anyone who ordered on west coast (California) and phone got shipped out from Florida confirm how long it took to get delivered?

Been monitoring 24U stock and managed to snag Verizon version around midnight 07/12 and current delivery estimate is 07/15 which seems optimistic/unlikely?
EDIT Did arrive on 07/15 but took 2 hours with live chat to get activated on eSIM...

Was anyone able to pay off the AT&T phone balance online using multiple credit cards that each have the cash back promo on them? If that works, I might place an order.

If not, was anyone able to confirm we can pay in parts either in store or by phone?
Folks, anyone was able to do it? I already ordered the phone and just now realized it I can't use multiple cards

I called in stores near me and the AT&T phone number all they said they cannot. But some people here were able to do it. You can try on the chat though if you get lucky.

Hi, I want to buy the ATT S24 Plus. I want to know if the sim swap still works to get the phone unlocked before 60 days. TIA

It worked for most people here but there are some for which apparently it didn't work, I am not sure why though.

Are the ATT and Verizon phones the same? I.e., will either one work on any network?
