Looks like you're either getting their "magicfilter" or a traditional pleated filter depending on the MERV you select. ....just fyi.

It looks like a subscription every month(s) thing, not a buy once. I afraid that it can be one of those impossible to cancel or must stay with (x) number of months to be able to cancel or stop type. Since you mention terrible CS, can be even worse.

Max # of months for each subscribed delivery is 3. Subscription is very easy to instantly cancel online (I created an account and cancelled when logged into my account). Quality of the filters I received in the previous SD was equivalent to the generic filters that the local HVAC store supplies, sells and uses. I was concerned about constant email spam, but none has been received. I'm the ultimate skeptic, but due to a good experience with the previous SD deal, I ordered 4 more with this deal.

Have subscribed to them before. And was very easy to cancel subscription. Last time I had cancelled it the day I got my filters. Has been on slickdeals in the past too.
