Besides my backlog is so long, esp with epic, prime gaming and humble bundles.

Signed up for 10%, got it in about 20 minutes, I had to use a rando e-mail address but the coupon still worked on my alread existing dell account.
Clicked the button and immediately got the $25 rewards
Had the Amex offer on my Blue Cash card, redeemed it and verified it showed as added to card on Amex's main dashboard.
$649.99 - 10%, -$25, brought total charged to Amex with TAX of $615, that turns into $515 after al said and done..
On the fence about what to do ultimately, can flip the PS5 Amateur to gamestop for $265 or I can retire the Ps4 Pro that lives in the kids playroom and upgrade them to a Ps5 as well. One thing I did like about the Ps4 and Ps5 arrangement was they did not FIGHT over login and digital purchases. Does anyone know how easy it is to create a similar situation for Ps5? I purchase everything under my main account and currently they can also play Ps Plus games on the Ps4 since it's the "primary ps4".

Yeah, I mentioned it in the other thread too. Mine came out to $512 after taxes, coupons, and everything. I told the other commenter I doubt we'll see this price again anytime soon, especially with all the tariff talk. Does GameStop really give $265 for the PS5? I have the first-gen disc version.
edit: ah nvm I see the trade in values here https://www.gamestop.co
I was pondering if I should buy it. Then, I realized it was such a silly thing to even think about buying it and decided against it.
Maybe I'm wrong and there are something else I'm missing on why buying a PS5 makes sense?
Makes no sense.

$1,000 after taxes - $200 Statement credit = $800 + $50 Dell Rewards and another ~$30 in CC points for a PS5 Pro & PSVR2 Horizon bundle. A bit slicker if you have a cashback site.
Edit: Guess I didn't sign up when I created my account. Seems dumb you're not auto-enrolled.

I have not played games in a long while, but now I'm at my mid-life crisis and considering to get it.
Assuming I get this, what else should I prioritize to get?
I am guessing 1 more controller.
I've seen people talk about an external disc. Is it needed if I have no CD games? Shouldn't 2TB be enough?
Must have games to start with?
