should this say "50% off two/three/four/etc. line for 18 months?"
Then you have 30 days from the time of signing up to actually activate each members' line (using either physical SIM they send you or eSIM).
I got a response within couple of hours in email and they restored the promotion on all 4 lines. The first bill was already generated that had the promo only on one line and they fixed it by giving credits to my account. So I would say that was an A+ customer service interaction.
