The knock off was constructed horribly. Like a slideshow of how not to build batteries. Then on top of it, it had less protections built in to the battery (not that I trusted any of the ones they included to actually function).
I get that the knock offs are tempting, and not saying I never buy them, just realize they are a huge risk. Especially on a battery pack like this that might have 10+ cells that are likely to propagate to each other

I gave up on the name brand and buy the knock offs now.
I will say you get used to loving the turbo speed and a 5 Ah will be best here. The 2.5 Ah will be sucked dry real quick and power isn't as strong being delivered which is noticeable.

Lowes receipt has separate amounts which is great but it says in the receipt "buy one get one"

Incorrect. There are a few exceptions, but this isn't one of them.
