Bought these about a week ago from adidas' ebay store. A few things that I have notice these are have heavy soles. They also have elastic that hold the tongue against the sole, feels tight on top due to this. I would not suggest them for anything except biking.

What kind of cleats fit into these? SPD or Delta/ Pelaton? Also they run same size or one size smaller?

What he said spd cleats. They run same size, but that depends how much the elastic bugs you. It hurt my foot at first but after 4-5 times on the bike my foot got used to it. Length and width is normal size.

I also bought some during the last deal. A few things I noticed on my bike.

I have a weird squeak when I wear these shoes. At first I thought it was rubber against the crank arm, but even unclipped and far away from the crank I still get a squeak every revolution. I'm unsure if it's the bottom of the rubber sole or something else.

Other than that I love them. Wider than the velo samba.

I have the regular(?) and they squeak too with every little movement I make, even wiggling my toes. It's coming from where the tongue and that area under the shoelace holes are. There's other options but I rubbed some Vaseline on top of the tongue and under the shoelace holes area. Wiped off excess and the squeaking gone. It will attract dirt and will be stuck there with this option, just need to wipe off the dirt.

If you don't need clipless bike shoes just get normal shoes in this style. You can easily get them for cheaper than this. It's the clipless cleat support that makes these special.
Adidas has a bunch of shoes in the $20-$30 range on ebay right now (or just go to a Marshalls or something).
