They taste good when fresh. They will get harder as they approach expiration date since they don't contain preservatives. Microwaving for 15 seconds can help.

I can't think of how this bar can help any specific exercise, so it's just an anecdotal post, much like if I posted "This bar is great for Tuesdays!"
Was that supposed to be an Atlas Shrugged joke since the brand is Atlas?
You are gonna be hard pressed to find a protein bar that tastes good an doesn't take an hour to chew. There is the 2 puff style that are like candy bars with marahmello filling that are good (forget the names, think puff is one) an then I've got this butter called "nuts n more" an "fit butters". Not bars but peanut butter like an good candy flavors so far. There is also my protein powders. They never evolved the orignal protein bar to taste good outside the newer soft candy bar style.
I thought it was a joke about the days Id force myself to choke down a protein bar an be like *shug* fuggit. It's all I got in the backpack 🤣
