Some Dunhams stores carry Brooks and have the Ghost 16's on sale for $99.00 and the 15's at $75.00. Not crazy about the 16's colors but needed a pair.

I bought a pair of the 16s the other week, and something feels off about the way it fits as well. The cushioning around the heel is different. I've owned two prior pairs of Ghosts, and I don't remember having that same feeling either.
