Pixels are poor trade-ins, especially for newer Pixels. When the Pixel 9 was released last Aug, a $150 new iPhone 12 trade-in covered the entire cost of $799 unlocked Pixel 9, where a Pixel 8 Pro trade-in was valued at $625. The same has been historically true as well.

If your end goal is to get a new Pixel 10 in a couple months, a relatively safe bet (search SD) is to get a good condition cheap iPhone 13 or 14 ready.

I have a Pixel 7, and I can confirm the calling capability and even overall data using Internet is absolutely terrible.
I was thinking of the Pixel 9A until I read Google cheaped out again, so I'm looking at the Pixel 9.

I hear the Pixel 10 is being announced or released in a few more months (?), so I'm hoping for a Pixel 9 deal in the coming months -- $550 is still too steep for me.

I just want to say that I love my Google pixel 8 Pro phone. I have no regrets at all, so if you're on the fence don't be. it's a great smartphone and it's a great deal. also with the watch it can't beat it. just a little advice

I have Pixel XL, Pixel 4 XL, and two Pixel 7 Pro (black and hazel). None modem issue whatsoever. I still have all four Pixel phones as this writing. On the other hand, you see bad reviews every iteration of Pixel. One guy reported he went through three Pixel 7 Pro with burned motherboards. Yeah right.

That was once in a lifetime deal, I doubt they will do that promotion again. I hope they do! I ll be ready

Yeah it was great. I was able to get 2 of those deals before they cut the trade in value on the iphone.

2022 - Pixel 7 free with iPhone 11 trade-in

2023 - Pixel 8 $230 with iPhone SE trade-in

where did you get those trade-ins? Google Store? Best Buy? Thinking I should trade-in my 14 pro for a Pixel 10.
