In my own personal experience sound quality on Corsair headsets is good but build quality not so much. Nothing breaks but the pleather degrades fairly quickly.

I have a couple of pairs of the Void RGB Elite, and the headband cracked on one of them. They're also micro-USB, and so much essential functionality is locked behind their shitty iCUE software (the horror stories about that abomination are well-documented). Want to turn off the dumb RGB lighting on the ear cups? Sorry, you'll need iCUE for that. Want to use sidetone? Better download iCUE. I hope you enjoy your microphone muting and unmuting itself based on which window is in focus, because iCUE is great at that.

The headset was comfortable, and for $20 a pair I've got my money's worth, but that software is so bad that I genuinely don't think I'd buy another Corsair peripheral.

had a corsair gamer headset (forgot the model) about a decade ago which i used for my office job. i really loved it since it had its own mini amp. the connector to the amp broke down less than 2 years of heavy use but corsair replaced the entire headset with a newer model which then started having mic issues less than 3 years of use.
from my experience, corsair headsets were not the best but their customer service was excellent.

I had the same issue when I purchased a keyboard from Corsair recently. To resolve this, I emailed their customer support team with the URL for the keyboard in question and they ended up refunding me the shipping costs after I purchased the keyboard.
