GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 PCI Express 5.0 ATX Graphics Card GV-N5060WF2OC-8GD [newegg.com]

This seems like a decent deal if you need something in the price range. It is roughly the performance of the Intel Arc B580 or the three generations back GeForce RTX 2080, or the Radeon RX 7600 XT. For modern games on a modern motherboard the Arc B580 would still be the better deal
assuming you can get it at the $249 MSRP. Note that all of these except the RTX 2080 use only eight PCIe lanes so they really only work the best if you have a motherboard with at least PCIe 4.0.

Here's a curated list with more VRAM, using the 5060 as the performance floor. This is brand-new pricing and includes most but not all retailers (e.g., Micro Center), so you might find better deals elsewhere or 2nd-hand options on eBay, jawa.gg, and other marketplaces: https://pcpartpicker.co
Whatever you choose, you can find reliable reviews by Hardware Unboxed and Gamers Nexus and head-to-head comparisons by Michael Owen on YouTube.
