Considering the difficulty of getting a decent video card like the 9070 XT near retail price can be difficult, this isn't a bad deal. Not great, but worth it if someone is looking to get something right now.

Yea. Not a deal. Even with inflated GPU price, you can still get a 5070 ti for around $850. With Newegg combo, you can get the rest for around $800-900.

9070xt is in stock now. The release of of the 9060xt has decreased demand for it. GPU prices are finally falling. These builds with them are a testament to that

You can get one for $713 on Newegg right now. This whole build is around $1400 just buying the parts from Newegg.
