As a long-time SD'er, "deals" like this really make me question the validity of said deal. This is absolutely not a deal.

Oakley quality isn't as good as it used to be. I bought a couple pairs a few years ago and two of them had lenses that started peeling.

Probably based on clicks. It says there are over 4K views. Guess not too many people interested in commenting or liking.

There are indeed many Sleeper Cell deals

Its the Staff deals that are egregious and just simple affiliate pumps

Nah, FieldSupply is legit. Luxottica now owns Oakleys- the quality takes a hit as they milk brands and drop QC to pay off the name acquisition. They did the same things when they acquired Ray-Ban, compare an older pair of RBs made by Bausch & Lomb vs a pair from under Luxottica and you'll see exactly what they do.

Seems like a decent deal to me. I got a pair of polarized Sylas's for $80 shipped. Everywhere else I look, they're $150+ and retail at $200 on Oakley's site. As long as they're legit, I think I got a good price.

I don't think anyone is questioning Field Supply. He was responding to the poster who said that he got a couple of pairs 'a few years ago' and the lenses were peeling. That guy most likely got some fake sunglasses, from wherever he bought them.

Same issues with my pair of Oakley I bought at their physical store at CA years ago.

A lot of these sold out, looks like they're pushing out the remaining ones. I bought a pair last week from here of the Prizm Holbrooks for 92 bucks shipped and they're legit. Had the same pair in my Amazon cart for months and it never dropped below 140. I think it's worth it personally
