I buy cheap wooden cutting boards and they last me years. All you have to do is make sure you wash BOTH sides of the board after use and then completely dry before storing. Washing/wetting only one side will warp and eventually break the board.

Their own video shows them using the ss side to cut both vegetables and meats... what a horrible idea. No wonder the include a sharpener.

Imagine caring about the knife more than microplastics or bacteria getting in to the food.

Not everyone is going to take care of a wooden cutting board well or fed up of buying cheap wooden boards to break easily.

A properly oiled board should make that a non-issue as well. The oil (usually mineral) keeps the grain "full" so meat juices and water from washing can't soak in. Makes cleaning easier/safer and no risk of warping.

The air has bacteria too you know!

It's why I'm now selling my patented 'vacuum sealed cutting chamber' for a limited time only.

Supposedly eating to many microplastics or to much bacteria from wood.
There's no more or less bacteria in a wood cutting board vs. other materials. If you cut something like raw chicken, wash it with soap, it's not complicated.

As for the Knife Destroyer 5000, hard pass.

I sliced up a bunch of one inch rounds when I took down a maple. Curing them now, they should last years as cutting boards.

Ive heard excessive microplastic consumption causes misuse of the terms "to" and "too"
