I got a email from Roku that since I have old players that I can buy up to 1 Roku Ultra 2024 model for $59.99 with free shipping.

Is this a overall good deal? Anyone have any thoughts about this?

I just have a Roku 4k express.

That's a fantastic deal on the Roku Ultra (if it's the latest one - 2024 model). I got one around Christmas last year on sale for $79.

I like the Ultra's because they have the option of wired ethernet and plug-in USB. The new one has a rechargeable remote with backlit buttons.

I wonder what it takes to get one of these offers. I have two Roku Ultras, both are at least 5 years old, and a very old Roku 3. All of them are registered and on my Roku account I've never received any upgrade offers.

Thanks checked my account and it had the $60 offer also a stick for $30. I had a Roku ultra on my account since 2019 don't know if that matters.

I don't know if checked your Roku account...there is a tab with offers that's where mine was since I also didn't get an email.hopefully you have it.

where did you see that? my roku ultra is from 2018. i'm sure one day soon they'll pull support so i'd be in for a new one at $60

edit: i logged into my roku account on roku website, went to upgrades, i didnt have any offers.... oh well
