I have a preorder at gamestop but I'm considering cancelling it tomorrow. I'm just not feeling any excitement for it. Mario Kart World looks very underwhelming and the system itself appears to be not much more than a Switch 1 with PS4 specs. Definitely getting some Wii U vibes.

Yep. Going to be hard to get one for a while. It's always like this on SD when a new console arrives. I appreciate the heads up. Stock trackers are better, but this time SD worked out better for me.
