On Friday 7/70 printed on receipt on all cards (redeemed e-mailed 10% on Thursday on the ones that got it). This was after 20% printed on receipt earlier in the week on all and I used it the next day earlier in the week. But then only one card got 10/70 FD on Saturday, others nothing yet.

Cross posted in cvs clearance. Lots of winter 75% off slippers, hats gloves, packs of socks, tighty whitey underwear, scarves. Socks that were 1.00 single pairs now .25.
Good luck!

I went to CVS this morning and saw that other Tide scents besides Tide w/Downy have gone down to 73 oz. They say it's a more concentrated formula so you don't need as much but the fill lines are the same as on the 84 oz. This is extremely disappointing. It looks like my Tide buying days are over. I can't pay $14.99 for the 73 oz. Two 34 oz Tides would cost me $10.98 and I'd only be short 5 oz.

Laundry detergent makers for most all brands have been encouraging consumers to use WAY more detergent than anyone should ever be using. Read up on recommendations online and you'll find that you should only need about a coffee scoop's worth of laundry detergent.

I use the 25 ct Tide Ultra Oxi Odor pods so thankfully I don't have to worry about how much detergent to use. I've noticed on the new package that it no longer says Ultra so I don't know if there's a difference in cleaning power. I have 2 more tubs of the old ones to use before I get to the new ones. I'm blown away that Tide did another size reduction so soon after going down from 92 oz to 84 oz. The 73 oz at $14.99 makes the 34 oz at $5.49 a much better value. CVS caught that and raised the 34 oz price to $6.99 next week. Gain is on sale 2/$15 next week. Gain is 84 oz unless they've shrunk it, too. Gain was $4.49 after the dq recently at Vons. You had to buy 2 in order to get that price and Vons had 2 dq's available for the liquid. I wish that CVS would start giving us 2 dq's. It's crazy that you have to buy liquid and pods for the deal if you only use one of them. Next week we'll have to spend $35.47 to do the CVS 10/30 deal with the $6.99 price increase. Persil has decreased the size of the 40 oz to 34 oz and the 100 oz to 84 oz. We can probably expect another drop in size shortly. Of course, the price won't drop. It never does. I wish that I could say that there was a brand of detergent that was giving us a good deal but I don't see any. The worst is Henkel (Persil, Purex, All) because their good deals always depend on Ibotta and I want to do my shopping and be done with it. I don't want to take pictures of my receipt and do 25 jumping jacks in order to get a deal. PG is a close second with Tide and Gain. The price on Gain is good but there's no EB offer on it. I can't say that I pay attention to any other brands. I have a year's supply of detergent so my hope is that the market comes to it's senses and rejects these price increases/size decreases. I'll be out of the detergent game unless a great deal comes along.

I also want to say that if CVS continues with the 3/15 instead of the 10/70, it's going to change a lot of customer's buying habits. I know that it will change mine. I don't like the 10/70 because I have to buy a lot of things that I don't want to get to $70. The 3/15 lets me focus on what I do want. I think that a 5/25 or 6/30 would be better but I'll gladly take the 3/15.

Two accounts that stopped getting the Thursday e-mails at the end of April got the Thursday e-mail, one that remained active got 10% of one item, another one that was inactive got 30% off entire purchase, meaning once the Thursday e-mails stop it is best just to spend all your ecbs and be done with that account. One account that stopped getting Thursday e-mails in November is still not getting them.

Even when I use my Thursday emails, I do not get an email with any $/$$ offer, so I'm really only focused on buying a few select full priced items when I get a good % coupon on Thursday.

Well, that sucks. I don't understand the logic in sending you the email and then not giving you a $/$$. Does CVS hate its customers that much?
