It probably cost them $50 to ship this 149 speaker to you. Demanding free shipping back is a bit much. If you want Amazon type of shopping, shop at Amazon. Amazon bakes the shipping cost and return cost into everything they sell so you are not actually getting "free" shipping.

They used to do return shipping all the time. They seem very strict with their return policy now and honestly I'm very hesitant to order form them now

I have these speakers and they are awesome. The sound is amazing. I was hesitant due to the lower cost and not a ton of reviews, but everything i read said they perform above Kilsch. These rocky home theater. I bought the full 5.1 set which included 2 of these
