It probably cost them $50 to ship this 149 speaker to you. Demanding free shipping back is a bit much. If you want Amazon type of shopping, shop at Amazon. Amazon bakes the shipping cost and return cost into everything they sell so you are not actually getting "free" shipping.
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
That's how you should consider these imo.

Or "it punches way above it's price point", and "it sounds better than others costing 2-3x as much" . I like, "it can candle anything I can throw at it". "With aplomb" , and "blows it out of the water" drives me nuts.
