According to Project Farms YouTube channel, it should be pretty durable
Is this going to break after 1 season and have to be replaced?
I've been using different brands for years and what I found is that it doesn't matter what you use, it will break if you leave it outside over winter. Water will make the aluminum/plastic expand and it will break. That's why many manufactures stop giving lifetime warranties. At the end of the season, I use my air compressor and blow out any water left inside and store it indoors. I've had success with a $5 one after this.

I got tired of my sprayer handles breaking yearly and went with Eley. Expensive but very very well built. 10 year warranty, too. I won't bother with cheap stuff like this anymore.

Yes. I have tried multiple brands. They are all great in the beginning but start leaking water everywhere as the internals give up under the water pressure. If I'm lucky I get a summer out of one. I store my tools inside and we rarely have a freeze here but they all fail anyway.

I hate the knob to turn these on. They get tight or leak after a while. I don't know who design this complicated nozzles versus the regular trigger.

HD Brand comes with a 'lifetime' warranty. I asked the clerk and he said just bring the old one back and they'll give a new one right there.

No mailing in, RMA, pictures, back and forth 'dear friend' emails.

I like his channel but he doesn't do long term testing. I have owned two of the sprayers he rated high like the Eden and both failed within six months of use. They start leaking first and then just start spraying water out of places that are coming apart inside.

Thanks for this, I'll probably go the HD route but slightly different style - here are all the Husky options for those that prefer a different style:

I did not know this. I will likely switch from now on, they all go bad. I thought I was getting a deal when these things are on sale around $5-7 for a decent melnor but they leak. They mostly fail on the internal washer but I can't find any online to do repairs.
