Are you signed into your Walmart account? I see it signed into my account but I am also a Walmart+ user. So, I guess you either have to be signed in or be a Walmart+ user, but most Walmart Cash deals I've seen just require you to be signed in.

I have Walmart plus and the only option is delivery. It's charging $6.99 for a small order and $4.00 driver tip. The Walmart cash of $2.00 is there though.

I wasnt logged out. I think Walmart Cash offers are probably a YMMV type thing.

Mine shows on top of the check out, "skip the minimum order of $35". Below it will show $6.99 In parentheses, but when you check out it will be deducted.
