They're launching the new e25 and e28 which will replace these.

All these nice features but never could quite match the reliability of Roborock. Roborock never gets lost - never

I am confused with roborock lineups. It's so many with similar name. Which one do you recommend for hardwood and carpet mix? Vacuum mop combo.

FWIW I am not happy with $720 S1 pro
Can't map multiple floor without moving heavy base, and can't Mop other floors anyway. Corner cleaning is worse than older eufy. Noisy 2-3 hours drying mop!
It's an expensive idiot robot.

It seems that most of these robot vacuums are much now in terms of reliability/mapping/etc.

If you're open to a different brand, here's one from Mova which is made be Dreame. I've used a Dreame and never got stuck. This one is $599 but can regularly be purchased for $499.

Do I get a lot more on robot vacuums closer to the $1k range? Just lookin for regular maintenance on LVP, tile, and rug flooring. About 1200 sq ft.

Just returned mine for a refund after almost a year troubleshooting issues. It's GREAT when it works, but they keep messing with the app and the carpet sensor usually breaks, making it impossible to mop.

Completely different experience. Purchase my via eBay refurb for $499 during the christmas holidays and it was the best investment.

Pro:
- Never gets lost. The old Roborock S5 would get stuck under the couch or area rug that it tangled on
- Mopping works awesome and you can actually see the dirty water
- AI see toys and wires as highlighted on the app -- it does a good job avoiding it
- Vacuum seems to work great (I see the amount of junk that fills up in the bag)

Con:
- Don't like the fact the app has advertisement for Eufy stuff (e.g., sales, etc.). I don't recall roborock having ads on the app
- The edge cleaning isn't as good -- it's a swivel/hip shake to get to the edge, which drags out cleaning time longer and still not as clean
- Can't control the direction of the cleaning (e.g., at the direction of the floor board versus opposit of it)
- The app doesn't follow the robot as quickly as Roborock (e.g., sometimes you see the robot jump from on area of the map to another -- not a far jump but still a jump versus following it across the map)

It does take 2+ hours to dry the mop, so there is a minor humming noise with the fan. The base is in the dining room far away from the family area so I usually don't notice it.
Overall the cons are nitpicks. It's worked well for me and I can't complain.

I just purchased the x10. At 549 it's a steal. If you get it on the eufy app they also give you replacement mop heads included

I had mine for a little more than a year now.

Main bug developed a few months ago is that if I fill up the water tank more than 2/3 (but still below the Max line) the robot gives me an insufficient water error. Eufy even sent me a free water tank replacement, but it didn't fix the issue.

Overall I'm satisfied with it as my first robot.

I got in on this deal. Mainly because of the review on VacuumWars and the 2 year warranty. Only used it a few times. In some ways it's really good and others it's not at all. The mapping seems way too cumbersome for starters. The vacuum also doesn't get close enough to many of my edges. The worst however is it cannot get over hardly any of my area rugs. I'm all hard floors (tile/laminate) with lots of area rugs. It just pushes into them. My super cheap Roomba could actually go over them where this one cannot. So now I either have to try to tape all the rugs down and/or buy different styled rugs. It also gets stuck on my floor vents. They are iron and decorative and it has to ram them to get over them. Jury is still out as to if I keep it.
