Can't map multiple floor without moving heavy base, and can't Mop other floors anyway. Corner cleaning is worse than older eufy. Noisy 2-3 hours drying mop!
It's an expensive idiot robot.
If you're open to a different brand, here's one from Mova which is made be Dreame. I've used a Dreame and never got stuck. This one is $599 but can regularly be purchased for $499.

Pro:
- Never gets lost. The old Roborock S5 would get stuck under the couch or area rug that it tangled on
- Mopping works awesome and you can actually see the dirty water
- AI see toys and wires as highlighted on the app -- it does a good job avoiding it
- Vacuum seems to work great (I see the amount of junk that fills up in the bag)
Con:
- Don't like the fact the app has advertisement for Eufy stuff (e.g., sales, etc.). I don't recall roborock having ads on the app
- The edge cleaning isn't as good -- it's a swivel/hip shake to get to the edge, which drags out cleaning time longer and still not as clean
- Can't control the direction of the cleaning (e.g., at the direction of the floor board versus opposit of it)
- The app doesn't follow the robot as quickly as Roborock (e.g., sometimes you see the robot jump from on area of the map to another -- not a far jump but still a jump versus following it across the map)
It does take 2+ hours to dry the mop, so there is a minor humming noise with the fan. The base is in the dining room far away from the family area so I usually don't notice it.
Overall the cons are nitpicks. It's worked well for me and I can't complain.
Main bug developed a few months ago is that if I fill up the water tank more than 2/3 (but still below the Max line) the robot gives me an insufficient water error. Eufy even sent me a free water tank replacement, but it didn't fix the issue.
Overall I'm satisfied with it as my first robot.
