These are not refurbished, they are used phones with old batteries that were wiped with a cleaning cloth and tested to power-on. They're trade-ins that you're gambling is still working. Absolutely not a good deal.

That is inaccurate. It says its grade a+ refurbished and also comes w/ a 1 year warranty. So you should retract this statement. It also goes on to say they are fully unlocked for all US carriers.
Exactly where does this support your statement?

Exactly where does this support your statement?
I bought two refurbished phones from Woot, both had lots of wear and tear. One had a bad screen replacement in which one corner was loose and not attached.
