The white soft touch plastic that wraps around the hard backing of the s22+ case will peel off within a month. At least if you bought this last time it was posted, like I did

I'd recommend pelican phone cases. I've been strictly an Otterbox guy for about a decade and a coworker got me to give pelican a try. I'm not looking back.

Are there any s25 cases deals yet? Seems all the affiliate promotions are slow on that model.

Do not buy this! I got one last year it's useless get knockoff otterbox case from Amazon for 10$ and thank me later.

Is this legit? Got a $5 Otterbox Symmetry case just to have another case handy but seeing another comment here that's saying "Do not buy this!"

Same. Even with otterbox and similar "armored" cases, I used to crack screens and otherwise damage my phones all the time. When I got the Note 8 I thought, Pelican is known for excellent equipment cases, so I tried the Pelican Voyager. It took me about three years to finally damage my Note 8 in that case, and then my Note 20 went without so much as a scratch from August 2020 until I replaced it this past February. I ordered my Voyager case for the S25 Ultra before my new phone even arrived. Never thought I'd be so loyal to a specific brand or model of phone case, but it's been that good. Well worth the price for the current model, and usually an absolutely ridiculous deal for past models.

Pretty solid. Picked up a Pelican Voyager and an Otterbox Symmetry for my S25U at 10 and 5 bucks respectively. Ordered yesterday, arrived 20 hours later. Both have official packaging and are consistent in quality with past cases I've used with both brands.

psa; for anyone with a newer model phone who likes Poetic cases, i found a trick to get them half off open box. if you have a price history tool on amazon, monitor the used section and you may notice about once or twice a week Poetic itself will sell open box cases which then snail mail to you directly, so it may take an extra week to show up. i was able to get a moto 5g 2025 case this way for $10 free shipped instead of the usual $20 amazon fulfilled.

Woot is legit (it's owned by Amazon). I routinely swoop in on their $5 cases a year or two after each iPhone model. My wife mows through them like crazy lol. I'll buy her $5 Speck and Otterbox cases all day - got 5x left for her 14 Pro from the last Woot deal lol.

please do not buy the samsung standing cover.... it reduces the heat dissipation so much that your phone get so hot that you can't touch it.
I ignored my 1st encounter as it was hot outside and i was doing photography and using gps, but 2nd time I used this case, it bricked my phone.
I use s22 ultra and cover is same , just for ultra model.

Do they have a good lip and feel just as protective as an OtterBox?

how do you know they are knockoff? the otterbox nes on amazon official website are also knockoff? they are not this cheap.

is the lip on pelican bigger than the otterbox?
