I wonder what the reviews are like.

I would err on the side of caution and say it probably won't be.
Any reason you aren't running straight DC or using a ground isolator?

Buyer beware! At least use a reputable credit card/3rd party payment or buy through amazon if you want to give this brand a shot.

If you're running straight DC, then the only potential noise would be from a ground loop.
The possibility of that occurring is minimal, provided you're only connecting to one DC terminal at a time (that may include the USB ports).
The inverter is completely isolated from this, so it wouldn't have an impact.
Unless you're trying to do something like connect an aux cable from the radio to the laptop?
Have you confirmed it's RFI and not a bad ground?
The easiest way to test would be to plug something into the inverter side while the radio is powered nearby from another source.
If it really is RFI, I suspect you're going to have a hard time getting clean enough power out of any of these and being a pure sine wave may not be as impactful as it seems.
What about cutting out any kind of middleman and running a Bioenno battery direct? They're made for ham radios, so I'd imagine they have the noise issues worked out.
i haven't personally confirmed RFI in any of these, i don't own one yet but i've seen countless examples inverters ruining the ham radio fun. just trying to prepare for field day
First unit came used, without AC cable.
Sent back to their California warehouse and got replacement in a week.
Second one looked like brand new, with all the wires.
But still almost from the very first and every usage - unit was turning off after reaching some random charge level in-between 40 and 60%. They admitted that was BCU.
They proposed either replacement again, or return of money. I chose money.
They covered all the shippings and Customer Support was quite responsive back then, no complaints.
So you may try to play that game and check your luck if you have some extra time
