This model is only 1300w. I purchased the 4.2 qt for the same price last week and that is 1500w and the same brand, and I will be returning it because it takes longer to cook items than the time stated on package for several items such as french fries and turkey burgers. The ninja I had cooked much faster. I hate to recommend spending more money, but you may want to look at another brand. Just my 2 cents

I got the stainless steel version that was on their "Deal Of The Day" page May 18th.
I've used it at least a dozen times and so far so good. Household of one, limited counter space, plus I had a $25 gift card. Heck of a deal.

This has gone on sale multiple times over the last month (I bought mine 5/15), so I'd keep an eye on it just in case it does again.

Yeah, I'd definitely recommend it. I've used it pretty regularly and haven't had any problems. Very easy to clean too. I live alone and have limited counter space, so it's perfect for me.
