Before doing the install I highly suggest you find your Windows 11 key just in case you need it. Mine didn't ask for it but you never know if you'll need it for activation. I used #3 the Registry file method.

It'd see it in the bios, but wouldn't install bootable windows. Every time the setup process restarted, it'd go to 'windows didn't start correctly'.
Wiped the drive, fresh partitions, more than once and that was as far as it got. Kamrui recommended a skeevy bios update that was to address nvme drives not working with the device. Downloaded from a google drive, and the two apps on it looked like 1990's dos box apps. The one to retrieve and restore the product key didn't work at all. The bios updater did but didn't report old/new versions. Same behavior after that.
The included m.2 drive is sata, and it's slower than EMMC that I've used. Slower than a lot of hard drives. So whatever ya do, don't pay them big bucks for 1tb or 2tb of bog slow sata storage.
I've seen a lot of this lately, Really old stuff getting pulled out of US warehouses and sold with a few updated parts to make it seem new. I'd have thought that we'd be all out of sata/m.2 motherboards and drives by now.
The support is terrific too. Blocked my three star review on amazon and tried to make me delete it before they'd do a return, but amazon did the return anyway. Kamrui also is the same as acemagic and a handful of others that all seem to sell the same sorts of minipcs. Minisforum and to a lesser extent Beelink seem to be somewhat legit. Not these other guys.
Edit: These #$#$ers are still emailing me, offering me $ to delete the review. I'd blocked them from sending me stuff on amazon messaging, so they dug up my email address. Unreal. "we'll put some crap parts in it and then spend hours and dollars trying to stop people from saying what it can and can't do."
Everything worked except it couldn't find any 'Network Adaptors" so no Wifi. I continued with "no internet" option until complete. I went to my old computer and got the wifi drivers here: https://download.lenovo

or the KMRUI with N97 CPU?

From what I've read the N97 performs much better than the N150.

They are basically the same thing processor wise. The N97 is a little higher power/higher performance part but not substantially so. I think the key is really all the other things. Number and types of USB slots. Number and type(s) of NICs. Storage and memory type and capacity. DDR4 gives you the advantage of being a SODIMM and being swappable but LPDDR should be a little lower power and faster which can benefit performance. Number and types of video outputs. Potentially, even types of power input as some of these can be powered by USB C. Some people might want a 2.5 SATA drive.
install extensions ublock origin and decentraleyes.
you're welcome...
Such as the windows license. If you go through the normal setup process and log into your MS account it should automatically back up your windows key to your Microsoft account and then automatically find when you do an install. If the automagical all works then great but to be safe I'd want to back up the key. There are multiple ways to back up the key from looking it up in regedit or running powershell scripts or using utilities to extract the keys for you.
For the reinstall there are multiple ways to do things too. You should theoretically be able to just go into the control panel and tell it to reset windows, no keep any files and download the install from windows and check a box to completely erase the drive. On my Mini PC from a different brand it said the reset failed so I had to create a windows installer boot USB key. They also partitioned the drive into two 250gb partitions so I wanted to delete them all and create a single partition.
For these things it's also probably a good idea to back up all the originally installed drivers just in case they have some oddball components that don't have drivers automatically installed by windows or easily available since they probably don't have their own driver download site for what ever random brand mini pc you bought.
It's not necessarily hard but it's not a here's all the exact steps you should do that will always work every time.
