I mean, with 36/37 sleeves, they're also very tall, and maybe their neck is so big BECAUSE they're hitting the gym.

I'm skin and bones with a 14in neck, i buy 15in to give room for the adams apple. While a 20in seems huge, it's actually not that large in circumference.

It's massive. Go do a tiny bit of medical research and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The amount of "healthy" people who have 20" neck because of their physical fitness is extremely low.

25% bigger is huge. Consider that elsewhere proportionately. If a man is average height, 5'9" inches, 25% bigger would be 7'2".

As a former member of the 20"+ neck club for over a decade, usually these shirts were just way too big in the body just to get the neck to fit. I'm not saying I wasn't fat, I was very fat, but the proportions were way over exaggerated for the body compared to the neck. Thankfully, I no longer wear 20"+ neck shirts and buy "normal" sizes now.
