More volume, yes. more pressure, no.
I have been on market for new retractable hose reel and this brand is totally unknown. Must be some kickback slickdeals is getting on this post hence making it to the front page.
Hard pass for me due to 1/2" and totally new brand with no known history of durability and reliability of their product.
but if you wanted to just buy one and done with zero regrets I'd fork up the slight extra for one of the first two (I am waiting on a gardena sale).
And personally, most people just leave the shrink hose on the ground, which looks unsightly itself.

Buy the model at Costco. If if breaks in two years return it. The reviews of some of these on YouTube, such as the crappy gladhoden ones never account for longevity as they will break and that brand is a no name Chinese brand that paid off a bunch of reviewers.
I have Costco one, it's good nothing to complain about. It's also 5/8th diameter which makes a huge difference when I compare it to my dog parks giraffe branded 1/2" diameter. There is a lot more pressure with 5/8th and I wouldn't get anything less if you plan or use it for car washing, pressure washing, etc. if you're only using for garden or light watering 1/2" if perfectly fine.

On all of these, you should look at reviews about returns and replacements and longevity. Especially with things that stay out in the weather and sun. Best of luck to find that info on random brands from China. All the reviews on that one are only 2 months old and look paid under the table, that brand will probably disappear in 6-12 months.
I use to get paid in free items by foreign brands to review their items. There is an entire market for it. Criticize me if you want, I like free things. But I won't buy these random brands if better brands exists or stores that have good warranty policies don't carry them (I.e Costco or Home Depot) if I'm worried about them breaking.

Yup agreed. My dog park has 1/2 giraffes as well and it is noticeable how weak the water flow is compared to a 5/8. I got the Costco one too, it's seasonal item my Costco already got rid of them, couldn't even buy it on clearance. It's online though. And Costco's return policy is how they get all my money.
