I was also emailed a $15 off HueForge Chrominal PLA Filament coupon code.

So it would appear there is no reason to order something from Polymaker is more then $18. Just always open an account for $18 with HF and get $24 to spend with Polymaker.

Is there no minimum spend for that coupon? That would basically make it a gift card
Read the description. Turns out "lifetime" means "2 years of updates/bug fixes". I understand that in terms of software, lifetime is almost never going to mean lifetime, but I feel like calling 2 years "lifetime" is a little bold.
This is pretty common practice. You get 2 years of updates, and then a lifetime license to THAT VERSION of HueForge (whatever your last update after 2 years is). The software doesn't stop working in 2 years, you just stop getting updates for it. Then, if you want the latest and greatest features, you gotta pay for the developer's time.
It's a little annoying, I can see that, but it's WAY better than paying for an Adobe product. They try to trick you into committing for a year, then if you cancel your subscription your software is gone.

A lifetime ago that's how software worked. Lol. You just bought it and used it til you felt like buying another version. Nowadays even bored games get updates.
I bought the deal last time. Enjoyed my roll of filament, still haven't touched hueforge. But I do look forward to it when I get to it since it is lifetime.
I haven't used Makerbot SW so can't comment on that.
Hueforge should work on any 3d printer. It's much easier if you have an AMS / MMS so you don't have to do manual color / layer changes. I'm not very good at it lol, but I've gotten some really nice prints using it. Search "hue forge" on Printables or Makerworld and you can get an idea of what it can do.

Yes, it should be with no minimum order requirement, but most Polymaker filaments are $22.99 ore more. I would check how long it is valid and wait for a sale, then it should work for a free roll of filament.

I have a Makerbot compatible from Monoprice/FlashForge. Does that work?
What is AMS/MMS?
My Monoprice printer has two print heads. Is that AMS compatible?

It's a multi-material system which allows you to use multiple filament rolls within one print without having to set a pause on your print and manually switch filament rolls.
