So we can buy a cheap item like Old El Paso refrieds beans or Annie's Mac and Cheese and then get a more expensive snack for free it looks like?

Appears so. The purchase item list is much longer than the free item list and I'm not sure what would cost $12.99 from the snack list, but get a decent snack.

I submitted the rebate and got paid via Venmo. There was about a two- or three-week delay in receiving payment, but it worked.

I bought a box of cereal and a package of Pillsbury ready to bake cookies. The cookies were $5.99. I had a $1 off coupon, so I paid $4.99. However, my rebate payment was for $5.99. So that was nice.
