I don't know much about this brand, but I do know specs aren't everything. When it comes to a laptop the design of heat dissipation can have a huge impact on its performance.
as far as the specs go, I think it's pretty decent. a 3070 ti is behind the 40 series, and behind the Now 50 series. so it's kind of old

If you have a screen that handles 120hz I am sure it would. The internal screen will only go at 60hz.
