Problem with these are, they are so sticky that that its hard as hell to hang shirts on them
I use this hangar design, purchased from Marshall's stores, and they are the most durable hangars I've owned. They put the felt ones to shame. I find those felt hangars are typically made with a very brittle plastic. These (the ones from Marshall's, can't verify the Amazon quality) are made from a way more flexible plastic and I've never had a single one snap on me and I've been using probably 50 of them for 4-5 years now.

Just seeing how there's a tiny 1 inch of plastic holding the thing together with that s shaped thing in the middle I'm not certain it would last very long

I just prefer the whole plastic. These are not easy to slide through. But they are useful for certain dress types

They are surprisingly durable (none of my mine have snapped in 5+ years of use). The rubber makes it annoying to slide on standard collar shirts, but my wife has a lot of wide-collar shirts and dresses, and the rubber keeps them from sliding off when rustling around the closet. I use these and a combination of non-rubberized of the same style.

I'd stay away from any rubber coating, over time they get sticky and deteriorate. It's not good for your clothes. Velvet hangers would be a better choice for grip.

The plastic hangers break if you look at them wrong though.
