Pretty solid.
One thing I don't like about it is that the blue light comes on way too early. It's barely cooked at that point, waffles are soft and crumbly like an angel cake.
I give it at least 2-3 minutes more, but that kind of defeats the purpose of it in my book as you have to open/close a few times to check for readiness or have a timer running to add minutes. Other waffle makers I had before were more on point with their blue lights.
If I were for a waffle maker I'd skip this one.

I think last time I made them (it's been a while) I just ran a timer and added 3 extra minutes or so after the light, then the waffles were crispy.
My previous waffle makers (and ones before it but that was a very long time ago) had a much higher tolerance for triggering the light, and when it came on the waffles were properly crispy each time, It was an inch or two bigger maker than this.
If I were making waffles often I'd definitely upgrade, but for once every 3 months this Bella works fine still just a bit of a learning curve with it.
